Will
I receive
a proof?
Yes! As soon as we have your order/payment and you email us your photos, we will
email
you
a free digital
proof.
If necessary, one additional proof
will
be made
and
another
proof
will
be sent
for
your
approval
before
they
go to
the
printer. Any additional changes on your part might require a small editing fee. Before
your
order goes to production you will need to approve it.
Once a proof is approved for production, you are responsible for the printed order.
What
resolution
do I
need
to use for my pictures?
A 4x6
image
at 300dpi
(1200x1600
pixels)
is ideal
for
digital
photos,
but
the
higher
the
resolution,
the
better.
The
file is best when sent to us as a jpeg photo that is uncropped, uneditied, uncompressed and in the original, high resolution it was taken, that way we can do the cropping, editing and color corrections so it fits in with our designs and layouts.
Anything
less
than
this
and
you run the risk of being disappointed
with
the
print
quality.Make sure your email does not compress your photos for you, they will not be what we consider to be print quality. If we feel that your photo quality will not produce nicely, we might ask you to resend your photos or retake them if necessary. Please understand that this is for your benefit.
Do
I have
to use
a digital
camera?
At this
point
in time,
we only
accept
digital
photos.
If you
don't
have
a digital
camera
at your
disposal,
you
can
always
scan
the
photo
(at
high
resolution)
and
upload
the
file
to us.
Places like Office Max and Kinko's or your own scanner is acceptable, just
be sure
to scan
it at
300
dpi
and
save
it as
a JPEG.
Can
you
touch
up my
photograph?
We
always
do a
little
re-touching
for
skin
blemishes,
baby
acne,
etc.
There
are
certain
limitations,
however,
so please don't
expect
miracles. But yes, we will do some minor airbrushing on the photos.
Do
I need
extra
postage
for
the
square
announcements?
Yes and No. If you mail out your announcements in a 5"x5" envelope, there is additional postage required by USPS. However, if you want to,
we will
send
your
5"x5" square
announcements
with
5"x7" envelopes.
This
will
save
you
a lot
change
with
postage. Just ask us in the special instructions for 5"x7" envelope with you order!
What
payment
methods
are
accepted?
We go
through
paypal
to accept
credit
card
payments and echecks thru payapl, however the echecks take longer to process.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
It depends. Unfortunately since our products are completely custom and our clients receive proofs that they approve, we will not offer a refund unless the quality of the printing is bad or there was something on our end that was not up to standard. In that case, we would ask that you please send back the order in it's original packaging and then we will gladly reprint them at our cost, however, no changes can be made since it was a quality issue. Due to the customization of all our products, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds based on customer errors such as typos or wrong information given to us. Since you do receive a digital proof and have the option to make edits and proof our work, once you approve it for production, no additional changes can be made and customers will be responsible for the outcome, unless it was damaged in shipping or there was again, a quality issue on our end. We also cannot guarantee a true color match with your monitors since all monitors, personal computers and laptops are calibrated differently. Our monitors are set up with our printer to produce only the best color and quality. Nesting Shoppe does reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions listed above. If you do have any questions on your order, please do not hesitate to call us and we can help you take whatever action you need to get a refund or exchange, if that is the case.
How
long
until
my order
is shipped?
Turn
around
time
depends
on how
fast
you
approve
your
proof.
After
we receive your order
and
the
digital
photo
is received,
we will
send
you
a proof
within 2 business days.
Once
you
approve
it,
we will
send your order to production where it is professionally printed. It will drop ship to you and we'll send you a tracking number.
Typically, it is about 5-7 business days to receive your order from the time it was placed. We offer UPS Ground (3-5 business days) and UPS 2-Day Air for just a little extra.
What
if I
need
to order
more
later?
We will
archive
your order up to 6 months,
in the
event
that
you
need
to order
more.
We will
reprint
the
second
order
exactly
as we
did
the
first
time, unless otherwise noted. Please contact us and we'll explain the process to reorder.
